Leprechauns, four leaf clovers, good times and all things green!  The celebration of St Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, on March 17 has everyone seeing green.  This traditional day of cheer is synonymous with green alcohol, and our favorite reason to host a St. Patrick’s Day party with style!

Spread the cheer of the emerald isle with our lip-smacking Pinot Green-io cocktail, using our En Primeur Winery Series Italy Pinot Grigio!

You will need:

1 peeled Kiwi

2 tablespoons of mango juice

1 tablespoon of sweet basil

2oz of En Primeur Winery Series Italy Pinot Grigio

Directions:

Muddle kiwi, add mango juice, sweet basil and Pinot Grigio. Pour into a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a peeled kiwi slice.
