Life is too short to drink bad wine, and that is one thing you will never have to worry about when you make your wines with us! We proudly ferment your wines, beers and ciders with minimal sulfites without the use of any clearing additives. We make wine the way nature intended, clean and simple. Your wines are cold stabilized in our large walk in coolers where they hang out at a cool 2-4 degrees Celsius for a couple of weeks, mellowing out any sharp acidic tones and that’s also when they naturally drop their sediment. Your wine is then filtered through our five chamber course filter system, making sure we do not strip your wine of its body and character.
We are proudly locally family owned and operated in the heart of the Saanich Peninsula. We really love what we do, and that love is passed into our products.
